Hi! I’m Amanda Stegmann

I earned a Master’s of Science in Applied Nutrition, Specializing in Obesity and Eating Disorders and am Licensed as a Dietitian/Nutritionist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the state of Florida.

I was the sole nutritionist for the largest HIV organization in New England for nearly 4 years. While there, I counseled hundreds of patients with chronic illnesses and published a nutrition cookbook to treat 10 comorbidities associated with HIV. In 2017 I joined IN3 Nutrition as a nutrition coach and writer for the Nutritional Coaching Institute; publishing research articles in the field of sports nutrition and was entrusted with grading NASM accredited L1 exams. I’ve consulted with Fit Body Boot Camp on national weight loss campaigns and created unique 6-week meal plans utilized for their health program at all sites nationwide. Most recently I was part of an interdisciplinary team at Boston University’s Goldman Pediatric Dental Clinic; teaching pediatric nutrition lectures and providing nutritional counseling to families as part of a HRSA grant in order to create a wellness program for the dental school.

I’m well versed in nutrition science and love teaching and collaborating with people so they too can lead their healthiest life and reach their goals.

I’m currently operating my private practice serving an array of clients including outpatient counseling for eating disorders, medical nutrition therapy to treat various health conditions, and providing nutritional guidance for athletics.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, eating good food, fostering dogs, and spending time with my family.
